We have been in the cleaning trade since 2016, doing one job properly: move-out cleans that meet the standard landlords and letting agents look for. We cover 12 areas, from the Central Milton Keynes grid squares out to Stony Stratford, Newport Pagnell and Bletchley.

Every clean follows the same room-by-room checklist. Every job comes with a 48-hour guarantee: if the landlord or letting agent flags anything within 48 hours, we come back and fix it free.

Two things shape the work here. Water across the region is classed hard to very hard on chalk, which is Anglian Water's own reading of its supply, so scale on taps, shower screens, kettle elements and shower heads is one of the first things an inventory clerk photographs. And access is the other half of the job. Most of the grid squares and the newer estates have driveways and a place to stand a van, but Wolverton, New Bradwell, Stony Stratford, Bletchley and Newport Pagnell are on-street terraced stock, two of those run resident permit schemes, and central flats mean paid parking, a concierge desk and often a service lift to book. We ask about all of it when you book rather than turning up and finding out.
